what it does for you
six skills that walk the agent up a ladder before it writes code: does this need to exist, is it already in the codebase, the standard library or an installed dependency, is it one line. validation, error handling, security and accessibility stay in.
only the skills are staged. upstream’s hooks, tool server and commands are not, so no third-party code runs in a colony.

how to turn it on
settings → skillsets: switch on ponytail. off by default.
how far it has been tested
released in v0.2.7. its cost-saving claim is upstream’s own benchmark, not colonizer’s.
